Professional home staging is a proven way to get top dollar for your home, but it can also be costly and time-consuming. As the only sustainable styling service in Hawke’s Bay, we work a bit differently. Instead of overwhelming your home with cookie-cutter designer furnishings that home buyers see everywhere and are a little wary about, we use unique, sustainable items sourced from a range of different places. Classic Kiwi treasures unearthed at auction or at thrift stores sit beautifully beside quality, eco-friendly bedding and cushions. Our staged homes look beautiful, but they also look real.

The best thing is, if you’re in Havelock North, Hastings or Napier, you don’t need to move out of home to utilise our styled service and hire items.

Prices exclude GST and are an estimate only. Final costs may vary depending on the specifics of your home. A $500 bond is required, refundable if no items are damaged. Installation is in the Hawke’s Bay areas of Havelock North, Hastings and Napier only.

What is included?

We’ll come to your Hawke’s Bay home and do an evaluation, outlining what we believe is needed to elevate your space for sale.

All items will be installed and then packed and collected at the end of the rental period.

The rental period runs for 5 weeks, renewable on a week-to-week basis.

Rental includes all soft furnishings and decor including duvet covers, but does not include sheets or duvet inners, or any hard furniture such as beds, lounge suites and dining tables.
